“ Literally just finished my food and had to write a review. I got the jerk pork and chicken platter, it was delicious. Enjoyed the food, it was very flavoursome, I had the jerk sauce on the side which wasn’t too spicy and had the right sweetness which is perfect for me. The only downside was the queue was a bit long however I am assuming it is because they have just relaunched. I can’t wait to come back and try other food on the menu! ”

“ Went there today for the first time after a mate of mine had banged on about it being the best jerk place around and genuinely I have to agree with him! I've been to loads of jerk places over the years, most have been pretty good but I always had my number one which was a spot Walthamstow. Not any longer though! Absolutely loved the food today and went for the jerk chicken and lamb mix. The chicken isn't burned in the slightest, it's perfectly charred and every bit of chicken had that beautiful smoke ring while still being incredibly juicy. The chilli sauce drizzled on top is perfectly seasoned, it has a nice kick to it without being too spicy. The rice and peas are especially special too. We all love rice and peas but every other place I've been too I've always had to put a bit more salt on the rice even if the rice is tasty. Here though? No salt required. Its a genuinely unique rice and peas, if you thought rice and peas were good enough as they are then you've never had the rice and peas from here. I don't know what you guys do to the rice and peas but you've genuinely taken them to the next level to the point I'd be happy just getting the rice and peas on their own. Genuinely give the place a 9.9/10. The 0.1 is only because I'm being nitpicky as the lamb was very slightly dry but still deliciously seasoned - I will say though that I did have a piece of more fatty lamb which was just WOW. So maybe it was just the luck of the draw for me. I can't wait to go back there in a couple of weeks when I'm working in the area again. I'm nervous though as so much of the menu looks great so I know I'll struggle to pick something new to try! Thank you for the great food! ”
